Out, in front
Not sure what Mahatma Gandi is doing outside of Wellington train station. But, he certainly hasn’t been forgotten judging by the floral tribute. Instrumental in the gaining of independence from Great Britain, he was assassinated by detractors in 1948. Gone, but celebrated internationally.
